Auto Accident / Wrongful Death – $1,000,000 Partial Settlement, Case Published: 07/14/2010

This case involved a couple traveling who were both tragically killed as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Attorney Robert Zimmerman recovered a partial settlement of $1,000,000 from the operator of the vehicle. The remainder of the case will be tried shortly against a major beverage corporation.
