This case involved a motor vehicle accident wherein the plaintiff's car rolled over causing a degloving type injury (an injury to an extremity-finger, hand, arm, leg, or foot-in which the soft tissue down to the bone, including neurovascular bundles and sometimes tendons, is peeled off) to the plaintiff's left hand.
