Auto Accident / Spine Injury – $925,000 Settlement, Case Published: 01/12/2011

This case involved a motor vehicle accident which ultimately resulted in the plaintiff requiring intricate surgery on his cervical spine. The defendant initially questioned the causal connection between the accident and the surgery. Attorney Rusty Perez sought to prove that, but for this accident no surgical intervention would have been necessary. Rusty ultimately prevailed and settled with the defendant for $925,000.
