Attorney Robert Baker Nominated as "Most Effective Lawyers of South Florida"

Parkland, FL - Every year the Daily Business Review selects the Most Effective Lawyers of South Florida. This year trial attorney Robert B. Baker was nominated in the category of product liability in a case where he and co-counsel argued that Yamaha knew of steering problems in its WaveRunners but failed to provide proper warning or redesign. The case resulted in a jury verdict for the plaintiffs in the amount of $39,000,000.00. The winners will be announced at a December 9th luncheon at the Four Season in Miami.
